Statutory Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods; or

• in the case of a single order for several goods delivered separately, on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement, for example by email, letter, or via the cancellation function provided on our website, informing us of your decision to cancel this contract.

You may use the model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation for Personalised Products

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification made by the customer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.

This applies in particular to golf balls and other products that are printed or otherwise personalised after your order in accordance with your individual specifications, including a logo, name, text, image, or other design selected by you.

There is therefore no statutory right of cancellation for such personalised products.

The exclusion of the right of cancellation does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defects. If a personalised product is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, or differs from the agreed design, you may continue to contact us at:

Effects of Cancellation

If you validly cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation. Please return the goods to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Damage, Defects, and Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

The statutory right of cancellation and statutory rights in the event of defects apply independently of one another. In particular, statutory rights in the event of defects remain fully applicable to personalised products.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges.

For non-personalised items, you may return the item received by exercising your statutory right of cancellation and place a separate order for the desired item.

Personalised products cannot be exchanged, provided that they have been manufactured without defects and in accordance with the agreed customer specifications.
